ABOUT ME
Originally from a small town in Ohio, I've lived in different areas of the southeast Las Vegas valley since 1978. I've seen the valley grow over the past 30 years and know the valley very well. My small town roots have served me well in business. I've learned that people appreciate the morals and values that have been instilled in me; fairness, courtesy, respect and an appreciation for hard work.
Before delving into the real estate business in 2000, I worked in the IT Department of one of the largest gaming and resort companies in the world, MGM Mirage. As a Software Support Specialist, I assisted employees and hotel guests with various computer software issues. This technology and customer service background has helped me immensely in my real estate career.
As a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR), the Nevada Association of Realtors (NVAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), I am dedicated to following the strict Code of Ethics as set forth by the National Association of Realtors. Commitment to ongoing education and keeping on top of changes in real estate laws and procedures is a top priority for me.
I have obtained the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation. In addition to being a consumer and industry-recognized designation, it is the "benchmark of excellence" in buyer representation.
I am also a member of the Council of Residential Specialists and hold the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. The CRS is the highest credential awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field and recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Currently, less than 4% of the over 2 million Realtors nationwide hold the CRS Designation.
